30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at wayne@vrostoutdoors.com.

  • Please do not send items back to us without first contacting our support team.

  • Since our warehouse is located in China, international return shipping can be costly. We strongly recommend contacting us first — in many cases (e.g., minor defects), we can offer a partial refund or send a free replacement without requiring you to return the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Solution: Send us a photo of the issue to wayne@vrostoutdoors.com. We will immediately send you a brand new replacement free of charge. No need to return the damaged one.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Items used or damaged by the customer.
