Where do you ship from? We ship directly from our manufacturing workshop in Xi’an, China. This “Factory Direct” model allows us to offer premium Grade 1 Titanium gear without the retail markup.
Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
Shipping Time: Typically 6-12 business days for most countries (USA, UK, CA, AU, EU).
Note: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
How do I track my order? You can track your order status directly on our Order Tracking page. simply enter your tracking number to see the latest updates.
Do I have to pay customs/taxes? We try our best to minimize these costs, but officially, customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by their country. (e.g., US orders under $800 are typically duty-free).
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-Day Return Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your gear, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it.
My item arrived damaged/defective. What should I do? Please do not return it yet! If your gear is defective or damaged during shipping, simply take a photo and email us at wayne@vrostoutdoors.com. We will send you a free replacement immediately. No need to go through the hassle of shipping the damaged item back.
